When I got the call from Precision Odor Control offering this solution to the corrosion and odor problem I had, I was a little skeptical at first. Then he came and gave me a demonstration of the product and it seemed to do a good job so I figured I’d give it a try in my press room. They got me a quote the next day and I had it approved pretty quickly. They came out and helped us install it professionally, making sure it was ready to go at the best settings for our needs and totally operational.
I came into work the next day, got out of my truck and was shocked with the pleasant odor of a solution that wasn’t just masking the hydrogen sulfide smell, but eliminating it! I had a great rest of the day and when they called to see if everything was going well I couldn’t help but tell them how happy and grateful I was for this new solution and all of the work they did. The service and attention to detail shown by Stephen and his team, both in the purchasing process and the installation process was so encouraging. The solution really works and I hope more superintendents get to experience this!

I have been working with Precision Odor Control for over 13 years. They have always been quick to respond to any of our needs on my properties. The system that they installed has been a “smell saver” for my properties. It keeps our trash compactors and chutes from smelling, especially in the summer when it is hot out! I would highly recommend their system if you are looking to remove bad odors from trash.

When our scheduled demonstration happened, we were met with a smiling sales and service manager who seemed to love his job and loved helping people. Our biggest problem area was our screen room. After they showed us their solution, we noticed a difference right away and wanted to move forward with the purchasing process. We are looking into adding additional systems in our thermal treatment building, providing our budget for 2024 allows it. Southern Indiana Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
Our press building used to smell terrible, and I was worried about the corrosion caused by excess H2S. When Stephen reached out to me about the AirPro system with XStreme Vapor Solution, I was honestly a bit skeptical. After I saw the product and our Utilities Director experienced the improvement the system made in the building, we both wanted it installed as soon as possible. Our staff loved the system after we had it put in our belt press room. We had Precision Odor Control install it and they showed our staff everything that they needed to know to refill the system. Stephen has reached out and is proactive about making sure that we have the solution when we need it and that everything is working to our satisfaction. I feel good knowing we are protecting staff and our equipment from prolonged exposure to hydrogen sulfide in the air as well since the chemical also absorbs H2S.
After installation, one of our operators went home after work and his wife asked him where he had been. He responded by saying that he was at work (the WWTP). She couldn’t believe it because he didn’t smell bad. He laughed and explained that the plant had purchased an odor control system for the belt press room. I am grateful that Precision Odor Control is not only helping our facility but also the wellbeing of our staff members and their families.
